Service Description
DonorIQ provides AI-powered tools to help faith-based ministries create donor communications, fundraising campaigns, impact stories, and re-engagement messages. Our service is designed to assist with content generation but does not guarantee specific fundraising results.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use DonorIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our service to generate content that is misleading, manipulative, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Subscription and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. The Growth plan includes a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
Usage Limits
Each subscription plan includes a monthly generation limit (Starter: 50, Growth: 250, Pro: 1,000). Usage resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. Exceeding your limit will prevent additional generations until the next cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you generate using DonorIQ. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide our services.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by DonorIQ is created using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed and edited as needed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending it to donors or publishing it.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that DonorIQ will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
DonorIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of DonorIQ after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
