At DonorIQ, we take your privacy seriously. We collect only the information necessary to provide our AI-powered fundraising assistance services. This includes your organization details, user account information, and the content you generate using our tools.
Donor Data Protection
By default, we do not store donor details you enter into our generation tools. When the "Do not store donor details" checkbox is enabled (which is the default), we process the information to generate your requested content but do not save it to our database. This ensures maximum privacy for your donors' information.
AI Model Training
Your content is never used to train AI models. We process your inputs solely to generate the requested outputs for your ministry. All data transmission to AI services is encrypted and handled with strict confidentiality.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Data Retention
Generated content is stored in your account history for your convenience, unless you opt out. You can delete any saved generation at any time from your history page. Account data is retained as long as your subscription is active.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services including OpenAI for AI generation and Stripe for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies and security measures in place.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time. You can export your generated content or request complete account deletion. For any privacy-related questions or requests, please contact our support team.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of DonorIQ after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
